Our story started when Nick Tauber & Harvey Dukes had a conversation about the music industry, and both realised they had the same vision of how they would like to operate within the Music Industry.

Consequently, they decided to work together forming Dukes & Associates, a company that would discover and develop new talent from all over the world.

D&A’s unique philosophy is to have a no genre agenda. They will work with, guide, and develop artists of any style or influence, wherever it might originate from or whatever direction they choose to go. Artistic integrity and freedom are at the heart of everything Dukes & Associates do.

Nick Tauber is an active Record Executive, A&R and Arranger with over 30 years experience, reaching across all media platforms such as film, television, radio and music business consultancy.

Harvey R. Dukes is an active Music Executive, A&R and Producer. Coming from a background in events, marketing and DJing with over 10 years experience in the music industry, including broadcasting and film production.
